Welcome to PRPdose.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PRPdose website, educational resources, calculators, clinical documentation tools, inventory management features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using PRPdose, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. About PRPdose
PRPdose provides educational information, clinical workflow resources, and software tools related to platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and other regenerative medicine applications.
Our goal is to help healthcare professionals better understand PRP preparation, platelet concentration, platelet dose, and related clinical and operational considerations.
PRPdose is designed to support informed decision-making and efficient clinical workflows. It does not replace professional medical judgment.
2. Educational and Clinical Information
Information provided through PRPdose is intended primarily for educational and professional reference purposes.
Although we strive to provide accurate, scientifically grounded information, medical research, clinical recommendations, and regulatory requirements evolve over time.
PRPdose does not provide individualized medical advice, establish a physician-patient relationship, or guarantee clinical outcomes.
Healthcare professionals are responsible for independently evaluating information, exercising appropriate clinical judgment, and following applicable laws, professional standards, institutional policies, and manufacturer instructions.
3. PRP Calculators and Dose Estimates
PRPdose offers calculators and analytical tools that may estimate platelet concentration, platelet recovery, total platelet dose, and other preparation characteristics.
Calculations depend on information entered by the user and on the assumptions or formulas identified within the applicable tool.
Actual PRP composition and biological characteristics may vary based on patient factors, collection techniques, processing methods, device performance, and other variables.
Users are responsible for verifying input accuracy, reviewing calculated results, and determining whether those results are appropriate for their intended application.
Calculated estimates should not be represented as laboratory-confirmed measurements unless independently verified through appropriate testing.
4. Clinical Documentation and Procedure Tools
PRPdose may provide informed consent templates, procedure note builders, patient instruction generators, and other clinical documentation resources.
These tools are intended to assist healthcare professionals in preparing and organizing documentation.
Users remain responsible for reviewing, modifying, and approving all generated materials before clinical use.
PRPdose does not guarantee that generated documentation satisfies the legal, regulatory, billing, medical record, or informed consent requirements of any particular jurisdiction or healthcare organization.
Users should avoid entering unnecessary patient-identifying information into tools that are not specifically designated and authorized for handling such information.
5. Inventory Management Services
PRPdose may offer inventory management tools that allow healthcare organizations and authorized personnel to record, monitor, and manage medical products and supplies.
These features may include product receiving, barcode scanning, inventory adjustments, lot and expiration tracking, inventory transfers, usage records, and automated notifications.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and verifying information entered or generated by the system.
PRPdose inventory information is an operational aid and does not replace physical inventory verification, manufacturer labeling, product inspection, or required clinical safety procedures.
Healthcare organizations remain responsible for appropriate product storage, handling, expiration management, traceability, and compliance with applicable requirements.
6. User Accounts and Authorized Access
Certain PRPdose features may require account registration or authenticated access.
Users agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and use the Services only within the permissions assigned to their accounts.
Healthcare organizations are responsible for determining which personnel should have access to their clinic information and inventory management functions.
Users must not attempt to access another organization's information without authorization or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
7. Inventory SMS Notifications
PRPdose Inventory Alerts
PRPdose may offer optional automated text message notifications to authorized clinic personnel who enroll in the PRPdose Inventory Alerts program.
These messages are operational in nature and may include:

These notifications are not intended for promotional or marketing purposes.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
Participation in SMS notifications is optional.
Eligible users may enroll by providing their mobile phone number and affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox within their PRPdose account.
SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms and is not required to use PRPdose's other available services.
Consent applies only to the individual who provides it and the mobile number identified during enrollment.
Message Frequency and Charges
Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies based on inventory conditions, selected notification preferences, and system activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
PRPdose does not control charges imposed by wireless carriers.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any PRPdose inventory text message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications.
Users may also disable text notifications through available account settings.
After an opt-out request is processed, PRPdose will stop sending inventory SMS notifications to that number unless the user subsequently completes an authorized re-enrollment process.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

When applicable, pricing, subscription periods, payment terms, renewal conditions, and cancellation options will be disclosed as part of the relevant enrollment or purchasing process.
Additional terms may apply to particular paid services.

12. Service Availability and Modifications
PRPdose may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as necessary for maintenance, security, operational requirements, or service development.
We strive to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

PRPdose may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Services.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PRPdose provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
PRPdose does not warrant that its Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every clinical situation, or capable of producing any particular medical or operational result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PRPdose and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
